I wanted to take a minute and let you know how grateful I am for the help I received from one of your technicians in the field.
I had an incident where my water heater located in the crawl space basement was sitting in a pool of water which I was certain was going to require a total replacement of the unit. I called frantic and spoke with Melodie at headquarters and was told that I would not be able to get anyone there until 5 but she would try to get someone sooner if any way possible. Within 30 minutes of that call, Melodie called back and informed me that she had a tech in the area that could come by immediately and inspect the unit.
Javi was at the house 15 minutes later. Upon inspection, he informed me that he thought the water was ground water coming from outside and not leaking from the unit. In addition, he informed me that we had caught it just in time to drain the water and quiet possibly save the unit. Javi gave me some pointers for maintenance and left me to clean up. I immediately drained the water and tried to light the unit again.
Having no success and very worried that the unit had indeed taken more water than we originally thought, I called back asking to speak with Javi again. Within a half hour Javi called me back and informed me that I needed to blow out the unit from underneath to unblock the air intake and the pilot would almost certainly work. I was skeptical but followed his advice and was able to light the pilot again.
As a result of Javi’s advice and fantastic response time from Patriot I was able to save the water heater. By the way, all of this advice and Javi’s time at my house was generously offered to me at no cost. I used Patriot to do the initial install and have used them again for some general plumbing needs. I can say without any uncertainty that Patriot is the only company I will call for any heating, plumbing, or cooling needs. They not only excel in the initial work but offer incomparable support after the sale. I highly recommend Patriot for any service.

Dear Mr. Gillette,
Over a year ago you gave us the name of a plumbing specialist when we were looking for quotes to address a serious sewer problem at our condominium complex.
The work was recently completed and the job turned out to be more complex and challenging than we had imagined. It required ten-foot deep trenches, dug by hand, through the middle of two apartments. In addition it required tunneling to replace secondary lines. While the work was being done we had to house families off-site and of course deal with temporary interruptions in water/sewer availability.
The company you suggested, Patriot Enterprises, Led By Javier Hoggard, did a magnificent job!
They worked all night to minimize the displacement of families; interruptions to water/sewer were so short that no one even noticed; the properties actually looked better after the work than before; and we have absolutely no doubts about the quality of work. When unexpected problems underground were discovered Mr. Hoggard briefed us thoroughly and provided options which made it possible for us to finish this critical maintenance.
Mr. Hoggard maintained an extensive photographic diary of the project which he presented, with narration, to a gathering of our owners. At this session he answered questions about the underground issues, the process of correcting them, and the cost. His professionalism and consideration were also reflected in his staff and even his sub-contractors!
Before we selected Patriot to handle this job we thoroughly checked their references; they were all glowing and now we know why. We want to thank you for the referral; class operations like Patriot Enterprises enrich everyone they come in contact with.
