Folks if you go cheap with heating and water heaters you will pay more in the long run. Very nice service techs, and place was spotless when they left.
It's tough to deal with internet complaints, so I just wanted to say that I think you would get good reliable service if you choose Patriot.

Only Patriot Pros wore booties to keep our carpets clean and cleaned around the drain afterward to cleanup what had washed up in the overflow leak.

It was challenging because the outlet and floor drain were about 7 feet away from where we needed it installed. He routed the drain pipe along the wall versus putting it straight across the floor which would have been in the way.
