Annual furnace check. Cleaned cabinet, flame sensor, igniter, gas assembly, wires, inducer as well as changed the furnace filter. Noticed a buildup of dust on the blower fan blades as well as oil leaking from the motor. Customer had some plumbing questions aswell, checked water pressure of the house and gave them an estimate for a new hose pip in the backyard. Valve tags and stickers.
Called out for furnace inspection. During inspection of the high efficiency Carrier unit it was found that the flame retention rod needed cleaned and blower motor replaced.
Called out for annual furnace inspection on a Carrier high efficiency unit. Found blower motor was failing. Part was under warranty and motor was replaced.
