I rescheduled work/kids activities for this appointment. They called a few hours before and cancelled it. It was rescheduled for the Friday (today). They called to confirm the appointment this morning and a few hours later, called to cancel again.... after I changed my work schedule. As a single working parent, this is incredibly frustrating. I'm in tears about it today because I have a leak, these people tell me they are coming, and they don't. I should have called someone else. Now I will probably have to miss more work to get a different company out here. I would highly recommend calling some one else. read less
