Called out for furnace and AC inspection
Called out due to a gas leak on the fireplace in the living room. Previous owners must have cleaned the glass and didn’t put the glass door back on right, causing the leak. Customers had me look at the kitchen ding and master bedroom faucet drain, gave them an estimate for a sink replacement as well as cableing the upstairs drain.
Intellihot combi boiler diagnostics & repair
Called out for noise from the furnace. Upon inspection found the blower assembly has gone bad
Called out for annual furnace inspection of a high efficiency Carrier unit. Upon inspection found oil loss at the blower motor due to dust buildup on the fan blades

Furnace check. 1 year old Lennox unit, cleaned both cabinets, flame sensor and gas assembly. Blower pulled 3.37 amps which is within the 13 amp guideline from the manufacturer. Furnace started up fine, discoused the option of installing a reme halo purification device in the home.
Annual furnace check. Blower motor pulled 3.52 amps which is within the 10.8 from the manufacturer. Cleaned both cabinets, flame sensor, and gas assembly. There was a lot of rust in the system but the customer said that was due to a leak that has since been fixed. Valve tags and stickers.

Annual inspection of a Goodman furnace and AC. Found multiple issues with furnace. Issues include blower motor oil loss, inducer motor high amping, and flame rod needing cleaned along with the blower fan blades
Annual furnace check on 2 carrier units. The attic unit pulled 3.36 amps which is within the 10.1 rating from the manufacturer. Checked wire connections, cleaned cabinet and Ignition. Changed the filter. In the basement the furnace started up great. Pulled 7.72 amps from the blower motor which is within the 14.2 amp guideline from the manufacturer. Cleaned gas assembly, ignition, and cabinet. Stickers and valve tags.

Annual furnace inspection of 2 Carrier furnaces
Annual furnace check. Cleaned the furnace cabinet, flame sensors and ignition. Changed the filter and pushing in all wire connections. The blower was pulling 4.43 which is within the less than 12 amp range. Through a sticker on the unit and made sure the customers didn’t hav any unanswered question.
