Annual furnace check. Changed the filter and cleaned the furnace cabinet as well as the gas assembly and flame sensor. The blower motor was pulling 5.08 amps which is within the 10.1 amp guideline from the manufacturer. Pushing in all wire connections and checked the fuse. The customer had a question about the new Nest thermostat. Otherwise the furnace started up fine.
Annul furnace check. Customer asked for help setting up a new heating schedule on the thermostat, gave a quick thermostat 101 so she can program it on her own in the future. Cleaned the cabinet, gas assembly and flame sensor. Pushing in all wiring connections. The blower was pulling 5.83 amps which is within the 10.2 amp guideline from the manufacturer. Started up and ran great. Company stickers.
Called out for annual furnace inspection of a high efficiency unit. Cleaned the flame retention rod and replaced the filter for the humidifier system.
Called out for annual furnace inspection of a high efficiency Bryant furnace. Flame retention rod was in need of cleaning. Cleaned it to prevent issues before the upcoming winter sets in.
Furnace check. Changed filter, checked wire connections, cleaned sensors and cabinet. Found out the thermostat only has 4 wires. With today’s thermostats they require at least 5 wires, I gave them an estimate for a new wireless thermostat that will solve the storing issue. Stickers.

Annual inspection of a Bryant high efficiency unit.
Called out because the water heater was leaking. Took the water pressure of the house which was 97psi. The Pressure regulating valve failed causing the expansion tank to fail aswell as making the water heater leak. Let the homeowner know the possible options and left a company card.
4 furnace heating system serviced as well as the 2 AC outdoor conditioners. No problem with the ac check however one of the furnace blowers wouldn’t kick on, gave the customer a quick estimate to get it fixed as soon as possible. Valve tags and stickers.
PCM Furnace check went well. Changed the filter, took readings of the voltages coming off the blower motor, checked for any loose wires on the board and ran the equipment. Gave the customer a quick 101 walk though on how to better use his Nest thermostat. Water and gas valve tags and stickers easy to locate.
